In order to set-up the VAS for inbound process, please maintain the following,

1. Value Added Services

2. Process-Oriented Storage Control      

3. Staging Area Determination

4. Product Master

5. Packaging Specification
6. Work Center

SAP IMG:  EWM-> Cross-process settings -> VAS ->

Define number range for VAS order

Define Relevance for VAS

 

Warehouse Number-Dependent VAS Settings

 

SAP IMG: EWM-> Cross-process settings-> Warehouse task ->

Define Process-Oriented Storage Control

 

 

Control indicators for Determining  WPT

Determine WPT

 

Set up Staging Area

Set up Warehouse door: EWM-Masterdata

SAPMENU -> Master data-> Shipping&Receiving -> /SCWM/DOOR_SCU

Then assign storage bin to wharehouse door: NOte these bins to be created in 9030 storage type.

 

SAPMENU -> EWM -> Settings -> Shipping & Receiving ->

/SCWM/STADET_IN - Staging Area and Door Determination (Inbound)

/SCWM/STADET_ASS - Access Sequence to Staging Areas and Door Determination

Maintain Product Master with Product group in /SAPAPO/MAT1

Note: Without this the VAS order will not get created.

Maintain warehouse product master using /SCWM/MAT1

Note: Without maintaining this, the warehouse task will not get determined to 1013.

EWM-> Master Data -> Workcenter

Specify WC Layout

Define Work Center
